A FIT ATHLETE
How we perform on skis or a snowboard is a sum of physical preparation we made prior to going on snow. Not even 100 days on snow in a season will get you in physical shape needed for skiing or snowboarding. We need to exercise on regular basis.
Join our fun, 45-minute exercise session every Wednesday at 6:10 p.m. downtown Grand Junction.
